Problems Opening Walking Dead

Hi All
I purchased the walking dead but am unable to open the game. I got a message that the d3dx9_41.dll is missing. When I try to download the Direct X I get a message saying that a file cabinet is missing and that the cryptographic can't be verified as valid. I have Windows 8. Any suggestions

Please try running the DirectX updater.
If you still get error messages, please post screenshots of them.
