1 user or 1 seat?

I was just wondering wheather the TTG lisences are 1-user (multiple computers as long as the same 1 person) or one seat (one computer) lisence. I.E. can I install S+M on my desktop AND my laptop or would I have to buy a second lisence to install it on a second PC?

You can install it on as many computers as you would like.
