TWAU season pass help

I got the TWAU season pass today (Xbox), but how do I play it? When I go to the full game, it just says I can buy it.

    You may have bought the season pass, but you need to buy episode 1 because the season pass will only give you future episodes.

    For Xbox, you need to purchase Episode 1 separately, and then get the season pass upgrade (which will give you access to Episodes 2-5 as they release).
