So i finished episode 1 and starting episode 2, question how i can link or connect episodes, so that my choices are kept in episode 2?

The game uses a single save file for all the episodes, so (hopefully) you won't actually need to do anything for your choices in Episode 1 to carry over to Episode 2. Just start playing Ep2 and you should see what I mean.
