Question About Save Files: Steam vs. Telltale's Website
So I bought the first season on Steam, loved it, and now I want to pre-order the second season. I'm interested in qualifying for the Collector's DVD by pre-ordering through Telltale's website, but will my save files be able to transfer over if one of the seasons is on Steam, and the other isn't?

He said they do use the same saving folder so it should be fine.
