TWD GotR X360 Code-based?

Hey!

I want to get this for my collection, sealed, but I'd find it a waste if it's like a PC game where the disc is actually irrelevant, and you can't play without a code + being connected to XBL.

My question is that would you need a code/key or an active connection to play this?
