If you could pick just one which would you buy?

Based on facts of gameplay, if you had to buy just one game to play,which would it be,TWD or TWAU?
i understand that this leaves the floor open to many,many opinions,but what i am wanting to know is what game and why you picked it? on what grounds did you make your decision? oh and remember everyone is entitled to their own opinions,none better or worse then the next,just doing this for the info! Have Fun =) and tyvm for your times.

    TWAU without a doubt. I loved TWD, but I have always preferred to Fables universe to TWD universe. The characters and overall concept are far more interesting in my opinion.
