Play Sam & Max DVD from a DVD-Burner?

Hi there,

Can S&M dvd version be played on a dvd-burner?
I think I read somewhere that Securom didn't allow it, not sure though, and I don't have a dvd-rom unit.

    I don't see why you couldn't. My machine at work has a DVD±R and it worked fine. Same for my Mac at home (I just tried it).

    I have a Dell laptop that's been burning my custom content to DVDs for 2 years. Sam and Max loads without a hinch.

    All my DVD drives are burners, and they can read Commercial DVDs and the Sam and Max DVD just fine.

    I assume you mean a DVD±RW?

    Anyhow, I can confirm the Season 1 DVD worked fine in my burner, and I hope/expect the Season 2 DVD work similarly.
