Borderlands 2 items not showing up - Help Please

Hi,

I just won the bounty that unlocks Max's head for the Mechromancer in Borderlands 2, and an item in Team Fortress 2. I've received my TF2 items but I'm not getting Max's head in Borderlands.

I need help figuring out how to solve this. Can anyone help?

    You have to email gearbox. For whatever reason tellTale has decided not to fix the game in any way. This is a problem for just about everyone but if you send a screen shot of your bounties (or use a camera to take a picture if you're on a console) to support@gearboxsoftware.com, they'll hook you up. If only Telltale had such dedication to their fans...
