Preordering season 2 and getting the collector's edition question

Heyyo, quick question on the preorder/collector's edition deal they're running right now. I just bought it, but they didn't charge me for the shipping and handling that I'll have to pay to get the CE. What I'm mostly afraid about is forgetting about it however many months down the line it's going to be before it's available. Will they send out reminders, or am I on my own to remember?

Apologies if this has already been answered. I went looking through the forums but didn't find anything.

    I don't have personal experience ordering the DVDs from Telltale, but others say the rule of thumb is to expect the DVD a few months after the last episode. I'm pretty sure they can't calculate shipping for something months in advance that hasn't even been made yet. :P
