Obviously not everyone. I will of course trust old character Clementine have seen before, but strangers and 400 Days characters, no.
My policy:
Be kind and diplomatic
Offer help if you can afford to give it
Trust people you have met before (Old group members minus Lilly, not sure how well a meeting with her would be considering Lee left her on the side of the road).
Be open to trusting strangers.
And most importantly, ALWAYS CARY A LOADED GUN. If they want to carry one around, that's fine too, but guns are an equalizer. A man in his prime can be taken out by a little girl with a well placed bullet. If they have a no weapons policy inside their house/ community/ whatever, I'm not going to join it unless one of them either saved my life or was someone Clem already knew.
Yep. As I said before, I'm playing my season two based on choices that I would want season 1 Clem to make, even if they weren't exactly mine. In this case, I'd first have to see the scenario that she comes across.
I'd trust Kenny, Christa, and Omid implicitly, with no reservations whatsoever if we meet them. for serious, no joke. Anyone else, I'll be wary of, at the very least.
I'll just never truly trust anyone until I've gotten to know them, always be suspicious of everyone, but sometimes go along with what they want me to do.. depending on what they want me to do.
The best way to live in this kind of world would be dta ( don't trust anybody) .. you can rely on people and live with people without trusting them, it won't create the best relationships or living conditions but it would be far more likely to keep you alive

I trust Lily, Kenny, Christa, Omid and the five protagonist from 400 Days. Other than that, be weary and keep that gun loaded.

I agree, I will trust Christa and Omid for sure, I will not trust Vince, Wyatt or Bonnie, but just because I think if I need help they will run... OI don't know about Shela and Russel but problably will. About Lilly and kenny I'll have to analyse the characthers evaluation first, and only after I can trust them

That Nate seems like a trustworthy sort. I think he and I will have many wacky adventures.
I won't trust Lilly.She killed Carley.
The thing about Nate is, if you are on his good side, he will risk life and limb to protect you (remember when Russell tripled and he ran through the line of fire to get him into cover, even if Russell tries to kill him). But I wouldn't want to be in a group alone with him, simply because he would be too much to cope with alone.
Christa, Omid, Shel, Bonnie, Wyatt and Maybelle. Never trust Lilly - she's a bitch.
Because she was still part of the group and you know her. A stranger could be anything like the St johns or worst. I'm not defending Lilly but you know just to be cautious due to her being unstable (that may have changed though)
Actually, that might make sense- Lily will reappear really depressed and sorry, and will just want to redeem herself. That might actually work.
I think it's heavily implied that he attacked Walt's group wearing a mask but then lied to make Russell stay with him. Also, Wyatt and Eddie seem like good guys, and Nate tried to kill them.
Caution is key for me. People are observed and then I trust them or not. however it takes a long time before I fully trust someone especially since now I dont know anyone from the start of the apocalypse.
However you have to work with others so appear friendly and helpful but keep your gun loaded just in case.

She seemed messed up because of the gruesome death of her father and she stole my RV because she could not deal with the mistrust the group (rightfully so) had towards her. Even though her killing Carly was extreme and out of order i think in her twisted state of mind she did what she thought was best at that moment (even if Carly's death was less of an 'accident' than Doug's wouldve been).
I played season 1 with Lee trusting everyone as much as possible and trying to see the good in everyone (and always keeping all the options open with the ladies
, but that did not get him far. So i think Clem would be very wary of anyone except Lily because she is able to take extreme measures to protect herself and those around her, and Lily could redeem herself by filling Clem's protectors shoes.

Yeah I agree but mainly as Lilly does care about Clem. Just like everyone else which makes me wonder how are we going to have conflicts in any form ? How is anyone in the group going to be enemies with Clem.
Everyone is likely to be more or less neutral towards Clem as she is a kid, but that would make it even harder for Clem to find out if people are actually trustworthy. I think these conflicts will write themselves
I don't agree because it would annoy some players by having Lilly take care of Clem to get redemption. If would be bad if Clementine's relationship with Lee would be replaced by a relationship with Lilly.
The parallel would be kinda nice though. With Clem first trusting a person (Lee) whom she knows killed someone before, and then her trusting someone who has killed someone in her vacinity (Lily). It would show a sense of a sliding scale of morality within Clem in the post apocalyptic landscape.
She was wrong and made a horrible mistake. But I don't distrust her. Moreover I think that it was Ben's fault in the incident on the road. Maybe Lilly is crazy sometimes, but she always thinks about her group, always tries to protect it. That's why I would trust Lilly. Sorry for my English.
The only people I'd expect Clementine to trust at this point is Christa and Omid, who is still nowhere to be found. My Lee entrusted Clementine to them, since they had potential to be a family for her.
Between Kenny and Lilly (if they are both alive) I'm stumped. Though Clementine has been with Kenny the most she barely mentions much about him compared to Lilly and is hardly seen interacting with him. And then there's Lilly's 'incident' in Episode 3, which would cause a lot of friction between the two.
Kenny and Lee were like brothers by the end. They really messed up Kenny's sacrifice though. I guess they didn't think dying in a failed attempt to reach Clem would have felt like it was worth it. That's why I wouldn't mind them showing him survive just long enough to make the sacrifice he was meant to make to begin with. Let him sacrifice himself to be eaten alive like the woman in episode three in a way that gives Clem some needed time.
I never want to see Christa and Omid again. Christa's insults at that time were so offensive.They felt cruel like she crashed a funeral to attack the family.
I'm going to play Clem as a mute the entire season.
I wouldn't trust anyone from Season 1, honestly. They're not going to see Clementine as the strong girl capable of fending for herself now, they're going to be determined and forceful (if they even want anything to do with her, a child is a lot of responsibility) to make her listen to them because their ideas are 'better' and 'safer'. Like find a boat. Anyway, that's only IF they are in S2.
As for new characters or 400 Days--for sure, but it really depends on first impressions. I may not trust them at first but learn to, or vice versa. (or not at all) It's kind of impossible to say right now as we know next to nothing about all that. I feel inclined to trust the supposedly untrustworthy guy from the screenshot. He seems like a nice fellow.
I'm not going to trust the telltale staff on their 4-6 week release promise cause they did break that in season 1 and I'm not going to let them forget it

I'm gonna be nice to any strangers i meet, although if i'll see something suspicious about them, obviously i'll start to grow a little unsure. It's likely that some of the characters will ask me about my past, what have i done before i found them but until i'll get to be sure they're good people, i won't be telling them any details about what happened.
If there's a chance we will meet characters from Season 1, like Kenny, Molly, Omid or Christa, then yeah sure i'll trust them with all my heart, guranteed they didn't do some bad shit while they were seperated from me.
