Games Not Linked To Account

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could link a couple past purchases to my account as I can download them but they don't unlock.

Sam & Max Season 1 Episode 6

Strongbad Epidose 5

All the others that I downloaded from my account page unlock except these two.

I can't actually find a support link on the Telltale website other than to this "Telltale Community Support" forum, so if there's a better way to get support, please let me know!

  • Try e-mailing support@telltalegames.com and include all the relevant information (your issue, your Telltale Games username, the e-mail used to purchase the game, your order number).

  • Cool, thanks. Couldn't find that email address under "support" on the site. I'll give it a try.

  • I did email them and got back a "form" letter reply to go to a link that had NOTHING to do with accessing TWD game that I already own. I replied back to them 3 days ago but no response as of yet.

  • Downloaded the Season One installation files. Installed Season One on a different computer (exactly the same make/model/RAM/etc.) and it locks up after "Connecting....." Suggestions to this latest issue? LOL. Am going to try to install it, again, to the original computer (exactly the same make/model/RAM/etc) as above.... Will keep you posted.

    If you are unable to resolve the issue, if you could please provide me with a DxDiag I would be glad to assist you in solving your issue.

    Here is how to get a DxDiag of your computer:

    For PC: To send a DXDiag, click the Start menu, click Run, and then type in DXDiag and press enter. After it loads, click Save All Information and save the file where you’ll be able to easily find it.

    For Mac: Select the Apple logo on the top toolbar of you desktop, then select 'About this Mac', and then 'More info...'. Now Select 'File' on the top toolbar of your desktop, then find 'Save As'. Choose a filename to easily find the document after saving, and most importantly change the file format to an easy to read document type (RTF is recommended).

    Now copy and paste the contents of this file into a Private Discussion to me and I can attempt to assist you further. (To send a Private Discussion, click on a Username, and click on Private Discussion on the left hand side of the page.)
