Another Walking Dead Won't Load Problem

I just bought and downloaded the game, i seem to get the same problem as a lot of others in that i can see a screen and hear some birds but don't get any further

    I just bought the game and am having the same issue.

    Does anything change if you're disconnected from the internet while running the game?

    Also please follow the instructions to run the TWD Support Tool and post the download link to the resulting "TWD_support_data_pc.zip" or "TWD_support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    Name: NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M

    Please set your display refresh rate to 60 Hz and make sure that the game uses the Nvidia graphics chip.
