ERROR 101

I am having the error 101 problem with The Walking Dead, here is the file http://www.sendspace.com/file/jbgmt1. Any help would be appreciated. This seems to be an epidemic right now, I see a lot of posts for this problem. I just purchased this game and have not been able to play it because of this issue.

    Your integrated graphics chip doesn't meet the minimum requirements.
    These old Radeon X12xx cards also don't work well with TTG's games in general.
