Planning to live with my first outcome in 400 Days

edited December 2013 in The Walking Dead

I read a lot of posts about people that replay 400 days so they get the "perfect" playthrough where all of the 5 characters go with Tavia. Well, I'm not sure what is going to happen, but I think it's highely unlikely that the developers will give us THAT much control over a whole season (you're talkin about a lot of different combinations of who goes and does not go, except for Bonnie). For one thing, going with Tavia doesn't have to be the perfect way, knowing all the gruesome story behind Crawford. And actually I am OK with the fact that not everyone got to go with Tavia. It makes things more interesting.

In my story Shel, Bonnie and Vince go with Tavia. Russell and Wyatt stay behind.

I think it's likely that it's only a slight influence, in that there are 2 possibilities (except for Bonnie, perhaps) for each main character in 400 Days of where and how Clementine will get to meet them.

It isn't likely that they actually make 30+ different outcomes for season 2 just cause there are so many combinations, or is it?

Or perhaps, just like our most random guy ever in Season 1 after, Mark, they'll just end up getting killed pretty soon?

  • I actually got the same ending my first time, then rewinded on a second play through to get the 'perfect' ending. However, I'm debating on doing like you, where I main the story in which Russell and Wyatt stayed behind. Of course, who knows, maybe the ones who stayed behind end up coming to the rescue at some point.

  • Yeah, exactly. It's hard to tell, and I believe it's better to live with your first decisions, as to get a better story feeling. I can't wait for Episode 1 of the Season 2 :).

  • I have my canonical save in which everyone goes and my second save in which only Russell and Vince don't go,I really hope nothing bad happens because everyone went in my canon save

  • I see no point in rewinding, if so what is the point? You can always play on another save if u want a perfect playthrough

However really no choice is going to stop you finishing the game its more intresting if its your story
