There is an Ep2 achievement called "Sisters" that shows a picture of Holly and another troll woman, so I think signs point to yes.
There are missing posters for a dog or cat named Pixel... I'm just speculating, though.
Would be nice if the woman shown on the episode 3 splash screen was her.
In the preview Bigby mentions a serial killer. I think whoever got Faith and Snow got Holly's sister.
I thought that too, but I wonder why he hasn't killed her, or at least made it known that he did.
