What's the theory for Clem ending up with this shirt?

I noticed that in most of the promotional screenshots from Season 2 that Clementine has a different shirt on. What's the theory for the way she obtains this shirt? Do you think we'll see her get it in the game?

    Well it's pretty clear that she is older than she was in TWD. I wouldn't expect her to still be wearing the same shirt.

    Not too important. It's been months since the first season ended, plenty of time to scavenge for new clothes.

    Hmm. Clothes. Y'know, I've never stopped to think about clothes in general during the zombie apocalypse. Or the other kind of physiological needs... Kinda off-topic, but I just realized that being the hygiene maniac I am would be a detriment if the world takes a turn in apocalyptic direction. How to keep our clothes clean? Bathe? Deal with manure?

    I don't know where the new shirt came from but I don't think it's that important.She's older now, she probably found it like the group found the stuff in the car and there'll probably be a lost and found box in the community.
