I have no clue if anyone has noticed this...
I know this has popped up in discussions, but I don't think anyone has actual came to a conclusion.
Some people have said that it looked like Clementine was being saved and she got shot in the arm. (That's why she's holding it)
I looked at the images and yep! She's shot or cut or BIT. I doubt it haha, but she's definitely hurt. 
STAY STRONG CLEMENTINE!

It's probably just a deep cut. She'll be fine.
It would be a cruel scene.
They put Lee through so much pain in Episode 1 alone. The whole first season he got hurt a lot. I can expect Clem is not just some little girl now. She's a survivor. I think she can take more pain now.
It's either a cut or bullet wound, not a bite.
