The IGN video was just a couple IGN guys speculating what was going to happen. The only official thing in it was the screenshot. So none of the points the youtube guy had were official.
I've seen this pattern emerge before: A rumour about X character being dead or not appearing gains traction and evidence, only for said character to show up in a sucker-punch cliffhanger (example: Thanos in THE AVENGERS).
