I bought the game and downloaded the demo, still unable to play the game. WTF is going on? About to return it.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify which version of the game you purchased? Digital or disc version? If you have the digital version, please make sure that you have downloaded the unlock key and the demo in order to unlock the full version of the game.
