Choices from Episode 1 won't carry.

So I have had the issue of my choices not carrying over onto Episode 2. I have tried everything i can think of and have even played the same episode 6 times just to be sure. I'm at wits end...please help!

    Please rename the prefs.prop files in the folders below to prefs.prop.bak to deactivate them.
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead\Pack\WalkingDead102
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead\Pack\WalkingDead104

    I followed the file tree as listed...yet I don't see any "pref.prop" file in 102 or 104. What am I missing?

    That's specific to cloyd1989's situation. If you have a similar problem please follow the instructions to run the TWD Support Tool and post the download link to the resulting "TWD_support_data_pc.zip" or "TWD_support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    I did this on my mac, however it says that I don't have the appropriate access privileges. Which file should I unlock these privileges for?

    The support tool might show error messages while it runs, which can be normal. If it doesn't stop running successfully after a few minutes, please post a screenshot of the error message.

    to prefs.prop.bak to deactivate it and check the results.
