Just episode 3 doesn't load

All the other four episodes and DLC's one work, here is the link o the folder after I using TWD PC Support Toll http://www.sendspace.com/file/i57aem

    Please rename the prefs.prop files in the folders below to prefs.prop.bak to deactivate them
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead\Pack\WalkingDead103
    C:\Users\Luis\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead

    Then move the prefs.prop from
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead\Pack\default
    to
    C:\Users\Luis\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead
