How to make a gift?

I want to give my brother-in-law The Wolf among us as a christmas gift, but how can I do that?

Isn't a game you purchased linked to the account of the buyer? I never bought a game via the website, because I played it on Xbox.

A key or something would be cool. Support never answered me. Any idea, folks?

    You can buy it on Steam and select "Buy this item as a gift" Then either e-mail him the key, or send it directly to his Steam account.

    If you're using PC, of course. :)

    Yes, I want to give him the PC-Version and I am aware of the Steam-Option, but I definitly want to buy it directly via Telltale, because it's cheaper and the money goes directly to the developers. But when there isn't a gift-option at the telltale-shop, I have to buy it via Steam.
