i know in the games comic books and tv show its all about survival but how did the zombie out break in the walking dead get started because i can't find a back storey to find out how it started

No, Kirkman has not and is not interested in explaining the cause of the zombies.
It's never stated because Kirkman believes that the present is important, not the past. But I'd imagine if sales of the comic go down, he might introduce a storyline like it.
