Kenny is alive LOL
I was thinking what if Kenny is alive because remember during that time The Stranger was running the streets. So it is possible that The Stranger took Kenny as hostage and stole his gun. Plus there were windows in the alley. When Kenny said get off of me; he was probably talking to the stranger. Ben was the one getting bitten. Kenny will return in Season two. Also Molly could have saved Kenny as well. Kenny isn't the type of guy who would kill himself either. He just has a drinking problem and concerned about his and his friends, and family safety. He only gets serious when it comes to unloyal people.
