Why wasn't Season 1 offered a CE DIsc at the end of S01?
I was wondering why only season 2 is being offered the collector's dvd? I had originally preordered the first season when it first was available for preorder and hoped that it would have a CE at the end of the season but I never got an email for it, or see it available. Now that season 2 is coming out, why is it now being offered? I'd have to pass on getting this now as not having the previous season on dvd is pointless for my gaming collection. It would stick out like a sore thumb, making you feel like your missing an item from your collection and nothing you can do about it.
