What to do?
I started The Walking Dead on PS3 and played Season 1 and 400 Days on PS3. This was something of an annoyance as I had to put up with the ongoing poor PS3 EU releases.
I now have a PC good enough to play Telltale Games and I'm playing TWAU on PC.
What should I do with Walking Dead Season 2? Continue to put up with the poor PS3 release schedule but keep my saves, wait for a potential PS4 version with possible data transfer or bite the bullet and just get it for PC?
I'm favoring just getting it for PC but what would the deal be with putting in the season 1 choices?

That's a tough one. I suppose you ought to wait and see how much of an effect decisions from Season 1 have on Season 2. Maybe wait and check back on the forums to see if it really makes a big difference in the gameplay. I'm downloading it in 2 hours, when it becomes available, so I could post back here and tell you what I know later, after I play it. So, maybe just wait it out a bit and see if Season 1 decisions will be very influential. I did hear from someone that the game will randomize the choices made for Season 1 if the computer can't find those save files. So, your experience could be different every time you play Season 2, if you have no Season 1 files. That's all I know.
I am a trophy/achievement hunter so I would prefer my trophies going to PSN. And yeah chocies.. . You could copy them over if you get S1 again on PC but that's kinda a waste of money getting it on both, its your call but I also like the minor choices being kept so.. I would stay on PS3. I just can't wait for it, I watch the tv show too so I'm like extra pumped for it but I literally can't wait.
Thanks for the input and it'd be nice to know how important it all is.
I'm a big fan of the show and the comics so not sure I can wait too long to find out. Getting a PS4 soon though and not sure I want to keep my PS3 hooked up for the 6+ months it takes for the season to come out.
This really is something Telltale need to consider with carrying over seasons and a new console generation in particular. Perhaps they could save the choices server side and allow you to import them to whichever format you play.
