Unlinking keys

Hello TTG,

I am looking to unlink a key to my account. I am wanting to get a refund on a game I had purchased through Green Man Gaming however, the key is currently linked to my account. Is there a formal request for a refund I must submit? Please advise.

    GMG is not issuing refunds for games where keys have been emailed to customers.

    Thanks for the tip but I prefer to have the conversation on GMG keys with GMG.
