Just utterly disrespectful

edited December 2013 in The Walking Dead

So i bought Season 2 from you, Telltale.

Well, in better terms: I PRE-ORDERED IT. It means i trusted you, i supported you, i didn't want to pirate the game and i wanted to have it in my hands ASAP. What's the value of pre-ordering a game if not only you don't have any advantage, but also you have the HUGE disadvantage of actually not being able to play it at all!

All steam clients commenting on the game and sincerely i don't know if you understand the total extent of this situation and the sense of disrespect we, the paying costumers, are feeling right know. You've broken my confidence and keep in mind that it's very difficult for a company to win their clients trust but it takes only a glimpse like that to lose it forever. I hope you win some good judgement and give us all steam keys in order to play the game right now, as it should be from the beggining. It would be the minimum from your side, and have in account that the minimum is not enough to recover from this.

  • Hey, bro.

How you doing? You're clearly very tired, so just try to have a sleep for a bit. Seriously, just close your eyes... your mother will be in to read you Captain Underpants in 5 minutes. :D

By the way, Telltale don't own Steam, and can't just print off 10,000 steam keys willy nilly. To get through the bureaucracy with Valve would take longer than bringing up a few severs and what not.
