So I only got to see it once but when I got out of the river and I saw a walker with a sign inside his head and noticed he had one arm....I didn't shoot Lee in the first season so I assumed it was him.

    i killed lee and this walker had still just one arm (if i remember correctly) so i don't think its him (color of the clothes etc).
