Season 1 choices in Season 2

I have played and finished Season 1 + 400 on iOS.
I understand that if I delete the Walking Dead app, my saves will be gone.

BUT What if I keep the app and only delete some episodes inside it to make some room on my phone ?

Will the choices I made still affect Season 2 ?
