Shed Walker Glitch

So, I've been stuck on this shed walker for a good while now. I have tried pretty much every outcome, but for some reason, the hammer becomes invisible and I am not able to hit the walker. I cannot get past the scene pretty much. Anyone else stuck here?

    I am also stuck in the shed fighting the walker. Playing on OSX.

    After shoving my adversary into the anchor, I'm given a scant few frames to click the prompt before it vanishes and I'm snacked upon. Buttons do anything, clicking is useless. I cannot figure out what to do.

    I even made a recording.
