Happy Tree Friends: False Alarm game

edited November 2008 in General Chat
I got the news last weekend that a Happy Three Friends game was to be released called "False Alarm" (for both PC and Xbox live), and apparently it was released three days ago Here is the link from direct2drive

Has anyone played this game?, how is it?.

Apparently is only 250Mbs but its sold at 19.99$ (+ 3.95 on the mondo site if you want them to keep the info that you bought the game but only for 18 months... which is kind of stupid anyway and feels like a way to steal some extra money from people)

I'm not impressed by this game.

I'm kind of disappointed by it. For a game based on a show that focuses on incredibly painful-to-watch deaths, the kills in the game are as generic as it gets. I've finished about half of it so far, and the only kills I've seen were "explode into chunks" and "sliced in half".

And where are the physics they promised? Looks pretty scripted to me.

Still, it has a new episode in it, and it has some fun moments, so it's not a total loss.

Animals kill each other in creative tries with carectors coming back no matter how bad there deaths are.

nope, not impressed, a generic platform with Happy Tree Friends characters...

nothing to really get excited over.

I don't know about you, but I don't think cartoon bunnies and blood don't mix very well. HTF is very vulgar.

I'm pretty sure the lack of mixability is the whole point. :p
