If I remember correctly, on Steam or someplace else you could by S2 it said one of the key features was "elements" of 400 days, which could imply that we won't see any 400 days characters and just elements of your decisions.
Hopefully we can shoot him. I really regret not shooting him in my 400 days playthrough, though I have a feeling it'd be good for a 'Game Over.'
