Can't install game. Getting NSIS error

Hello, I tried downloading the exe files multiple times, but each time I try to execute it, I get the following message:

"Installer integrity check has failed. Common causes include incomplete download and damaged media. Contract the installer's author to obtain a new copy."

Regardless of what internet browser I use to dl the exe file, I still get the same error when trying to execute it. From the sounds of it, it might be a windows 7 error or a antivirus - I can't dl anything using IE. If this is an anti virus, I have none active right now.
