Hi,

I was just wondering has anyone had the issue of Season 2 not being able to find the Season 1 save file even though it is there? :/

    I'm the same, defies the point of buying and playing your game it doesn't have my choices, hope this problem is resolved

    Have you guys downloaded and play the 400 days DLC? I think it has something to do with that

    I have one save file that is completed game with 400 days, and one without 400 days.

    yes , and the stats are shown for every episode

    I have two saves both finished both with complete stats but for some reason Season 2 continues to claim I have no save. Guess I won't be playing this anytime soon until there's a patch of some sort to fix this issue #IamNOTClementine

    Someone told me to retry downloading the activation key as that worked for them, but it didn't work for me

    Why the hell PSN europe have always all this kind of problems?

    When you click ok for import does it say buy season 1 and above play season 2, couse I bought season 1 so that bugs me too

    Okay, I guess I'm going to play in Save Slot 2 and play my first ever save on Season 1 as 1 when its fixed.

    Same problem here. But it's my psn account that has this problem. My brother and I play on same console but we both have our own psn accounts. His saves work fine and my saves don't. :(

    I've basically tried everything to make my saves work but no. Waited so long to play this and now this happens.

    That just shitty :( Wanted to play it so baldy. I am from Germany and have the same problem as every ps3 owner in europe :( PLEASE Telltale, do something :( Won't play without my saves :(

    With Telltale it always sucks to be European and on PS3.
    I hope they fix this soon, but I doubt it.

    i got the same problem my season 1 save files are still there and completed all episodes + 400 days, i open season 1 to chick on them and they still there

    Yeah, just registered to post about this problem. Got the game today from the same account that had S1 and 400 days, but the game just can't find the save. This is totally unacceptable. The main point of S2 was that it would be based on the choices of S1 and 400 days and they can't even get that to work... Has anybody from Europe got their saves to work? I refusing to start the game until this gets sorted out

    Can you maybe figure out what excactly is different with his account or maybe system settings? I have disconnected from the internet and it still did not work, so I guess it has nothing to do with PSN

    Yes. After i've tried with my account and find out that it don't work I tried with my brother's account and it worked. Don't know what the heck is going on. edit. Nope. Not working.
