  • Distracted the men

    Left the dog

Gave him water (I wasn't going to at first, but then I realized that I was literally standing IN a river and that this was literally the one resource I could spare)

    Accepted the apology

    Saved Pete

  • Lol greT minds think alike! But did you steal the watch while looking 4 supplies?

    copy cat...... booo

  • Distracted the men
    Killed the dog
    Gave the dying man water
    Accepted the apology
Saved Nick, seeing pete was obviously already bitten on the leg

    • Distracted the men
    • Killed Dog (the feels man)
    • Gave him water
    • Accepted the apology
    • Pete because I knew Nick could get away, and sure enough, he did without Clem's help.
  • i thought about it ;) i will steal it on another run, i felt it was a blatant set up to cause some issue down the road, like just when clem is safe someone i reckon could be rebecca, is litteraly about to save clem and then she finds the watch in her bag/pocket.. then clem is so screwed..

i also sassed rebecca by saying ' you should be nice to me'

Did you distract the men to save Christa? Yep.

Did you kill the dog? Yep.

Did you give the dying man water? Yep.

Did you accept Nick's apology? Yep.

Did you save Nick or Pete? Nick, but I'm gonna replay and save Pete.

  • Did you distract the men to save Christa? Yes.

Did you kill the dog? Yes. I would've let him suffer for what he did to me , but I figured he just tried to survive ... just like they all do.

Did you give the dying man water? No. He tried to kill us for no reason , why should I show mercy ?

Did you accept Nick's apology? Yeah.

Did you save Nick or Pete? Nick. Honestly I think Pete is going to die from the bite anyway , and Nick is gonna return to the cabin even tho you don't save him. But we'll see.

  • Did you distract the men to save Christa? Yep!

Did you kill the dog? Yes!

Did you give the dying man water? Yep

Did you accept Nick's apology? Yep

Did you save Nick or Pete? Nick, Pete was bitten, no reason to save him.

  • would the op/anyone else agree we should use this topic to post the actual choice screens up ?

    i'll start :P

    Alt text

photobucket is free to upload/host pics and easy to use..

  • why didn't you give the dying man the water?

i thought it was the only way to find out some crucial information, other wise he'd of just faded away,

the zombie drama stopped it all before he could say anything though.

  • i figured he was seconds away from death, he was bleeding alot, looks pretty pale ( like lee did )

also if people are using steam it can do screenshots i dunno what the default key is but i use f12.

if you miss it in the actual playthrough of the episode you can use the main menu 'my choices' and that brings it up.

    • "Saved" Christa.
    • Killed the dog (SERIOUSLY AFTER READING THE COMICS FUCK MERCY MAN)
    • Gave him water because I'd get info about Christa, foolish me.
    • Fuck you, younger Kenny that somehow is more of an asshole than Kenny.
    • Saved Pete, after thinking this long and hard, I realized he was bitten and just derped over my choice.
  • Did you distract the men to save Christa?: yes

Did you kill the dog?: YES, and I cried the entire time.

Did you give the dying man water?: yes

Did you accept Nick's apology?: yes

Did you save Nick or Pete?: Nick

  • I can't upload sooo... Helped Christa, killed dog, gave guy water, didn't accept apology, saved Nick.

  • Distracted the guys
    Killed the dog
    Gave the dying guy water
    Accepted his apology
    Saved Nick
Also a choice showed that I was friends with Sarah

    • Distracted the bandits- This one's the logical thing to do. And I can't stand with Christa being dead, especially after what happened to Omid...
    • Killed the dog- Initially I felt pity...but that bastard deserved it, NO ONE f**ks with Clem and lives (watch out Rebecca...you're next)
    • Became friends with Sarah- I needed her help...but the pinky swear seemed suspicious and I fear one day this will come back and haunt me
    • Gave the dying man water- Since I'm a nice little girl and I wanted to know...besides I could've had him by my side (probably)
    • Accepted Nick's apology- It was an accident and I wasn't hurt so yeah he lives another day
    • Saved Pete- Nick survives either way, and before the credits Pete would probably amputate his bad leg. But if you saved Nick, he'd scold Clem for not saving Pete (I think...) so saving Pete was actually the better choice (I hope)
  • I seem to be one of the few who did not accept nicks apology as he could of ended clementines life there and then. In the long run I see that as a better choice.

  • Did you distract the men to save Christa?

Yes. Gave her a fighting chance, she deserved that.

    Did you kill the dog?

Yes. Poor thing was in such pain, I thought it was the right thing to do, a mercy killing (which I think it was something Clem had learned in the past)

Did you give the dying man water?

Yes. I felt denying such a simple request of a dying man seemed cruel. And (my) Clementine is not like that.

    Did you accept Nick's apology?

I did. He seemed rather confused and sounded sincere in his apology so there was no point being resentful, forgive and forget, right?

Did you save Nick or Pete?

Pete. For couple reasons. Pete was out of ammo and wounded while Nick was unharmed and still had ammo. I was pretty confident Nick would survive the encounter. Sure, Pete was bitten but leaving someone to get eaten by the walkers the moment they were bitten is just feels wrong. If Pete had the same logic, he would leave Clem in the woods when he saw the bite on her arm. Kinda felt like Clem would return the favor.

  • Did you distract the men to save Christa?

Yes. She's the only person Clem has left, and I kind of like her.

    Did you kill the dog?

Yes. Poor little animal, it would have been horrible to leave him like this.

Did you give the dying man water?

Yes. It's his dying wish, why should I refuse it? It would have been pure cruelty. And he could give us some information.

    Did you accept Nick's apology?

Yes. Empathy is the key word here.

Did you save Nick or Pete?

I panicked a bit. I liked them both and I thought Pete shot off his own foot at first. I hesitated, but in the end I ran for Nick. I'll save him (Pete) in my second play through.

  • Did you distract the men to save Christa? YES, That was obvious though

Did you kill the dog? MERCY KILLED! not killed

Did you give the dying man water? **Nope, won't help me in either way (remembering the prince on the wolf among us) He'll die anyway and it's going to be a waste of resource

Did you accept Nick's apology? Yes, Fully understand him.

Did you save Nick or Pete? Nick, Wouldnt matter anyway. With telltale's approach he'll die anytime next season and might even haunt the group with his big body. (I aint cleaning up the house )

    I have two clem's:

    • 1) Distracted the bandits: Christa doesnt deserved to die without any help
    • Killed the dog: Because, clem's otherwise really care about Sam (the dog) even after the bite...
    • Became friends with Sarah: Clem was needed for help, and she just say yes to her and pinky swear it, for the peroxide, even tought she say yes, it was very awkward scene...
    • Gave the dying man water: I thought that he would give me some answer's of where were Christa... (It didnt happend though)
    • Accepted Nick's apology He is a Jerk, but just lost his temper once in a while.. (well maybe almost everytime, but hey thats the Kenny Style)
    • Saved Nick: I wasnt thinking, just saw the bite and run to nick... regret it later when I thought that Pete doesnt deserved that dead, and that nick again just like Kenny its an unusefull alcoholic...
    • 2) Distracted the bandits: and again... Christa doesnt deserved to die without any help
    • Leave the dog: That f#ck3r need's to suffer!
    • Became friends with Sarah: Clem was needed for help, but I said no to her face! and then Sarah pull the "If we are not friends I dont help ya"..... so I pinky swear it again with that psicotic girl... just for the peroxide even though, Clem dont want to...
    • Refuse water to the man: Again like the dog, suffer f#ck3r SUFFER!
    • Accepted Nick's apology again same explanation! He is a Jerk, but just lost his temper once in a while.. (well maybe almost everytime, but hey thats the Kenny Style)
    • Saved Pete: In this time I got time to think, and went for Pete, for 3 simple reason's:
    • a) Pete deserved the benefit of the doubt about being bite or not... just like Clem was bite by a dog maybe he just scratch his leg....
    • b) He trust in Clem, so it's one less step to going somewhere! and if he's bit that Axe make a perfectly good point on the preview, and he was the one saying that cut off a arm/leg could work, cause his cousin or whatever did it...
    • c) No one have to die yet... if you chose Nick pete were Walkers/Lurkers meat.... but when you chose Pete, Nick just ran off the walkers... so no one dies yet!
  • In my first playthrough (which is the one I try to do as fast as possible, I don't really consider it, what, "canon"?) I didn't accept his apology, but think about it, put yourself in the shoes of the kid, he's lost his mother because they allowed someone with a bite inside and took care of them, you'd be pretty skeptical too.

  • Did you distract the men to save Christa? Yes.
Did you kill the dog? Yes, it must of been desperate. If you look at it the dog looked weak and skinny.
Did you give the dying man water? No.
Did you accept Nick's apology? Yes.
Saved Nick, Pete was a better character but he was already dead.

  • lol why not ?

    • Did you kill the dog?
      Yes
    • Did you give the dying man water?
      Yes
    • Did you accept Nick's apology?
      Yes
    • Did you save Nick or Pete?
      Nick
  • Distracted the men to try and save Christa.
Put the dog out of it's misery.
Gave the dying man a little bit of water out of compassion AND maybe just out of hopes of learning what happened to Christa.
    Accepted Nick's apology, he's a redeemable character.
And I saved Pete, mainly because he seemed to need the help more than Nick did AND because there was a chance of saving him via amputation.

  • On that note I do feel like sort of an ass for not forgiving Nick. I guess that just gives my Clem an unforgiving aspect not explored in S1 while still retaining my mercy.

    wow

  • Distracted the men to help Christa.

    Mercy killed the dog.

    Refused dying man water.

    Accepted Nick's apology.

    Saved Pete.

  • Distracted the robbers
    Killed the dog
    Gave the man water
    Accepted his apology
    Saved Pete

    • Distracted the men to save Christa (I can't see why you wouldn't tbh)
    • Killed the dog out of mercy (easily the most heartbreaking thing I've seen / done in a long time)
    • Refused to the give the dying man water (because screw him)
    • Accepted Nick's apology (ONLY because Luke was in the room with us. Otherwise, no.)
    • Saved Pete (Pete was out of ammo and he clearly needed more help, and I really like Pete)
    • Distracted The Man
    • Left The Dog
    • Gave Man The Water
    • Accepted Nick's Apology
    • Save Nick
