Current timeline in regards to 400 Days

Considering the huge time jump we get now, what is currently going on in the 400 Days episode while Clem is with this new group? Also didn't Tavia say her group was up north like Christa and Clem were heading or am I wrong?

Just wondering if the main 400 days characters could be around at this point.

    We're well past 400 days in S2 Ep1.
    If you look at the title slide for Ep 4. though you can see Eddie (Wyatt's friend) on the right of clementine so who knows?Alt text
