It HAS to be him

"I thought you were dead"

IT HAS TO BE KENNY.

If it was Christa then Clem would have been a lot more happy than shocked.

Why would Clem think Molly or Lily was dead? Maybe if you abandoned Lily she may have thought she was dead, but I doubt that. If you leave Molly in Crawford, then maybe, but not many people left Clem at the house and then either shot Molly/Couldn't shoot the walker.

Christa & Omid probably told Clem about Kenny's supposed "death" and Clem would then think he was dead right?

Now, here's my main fact. So Clem and Christa were going to Wellington right? That mean's they were probably close to Wellington, which is close to fort Lauderdale, which is Kenny's hometown. Florida. So when Kenny goes to that near death experience, and to all the people that are saying "it's unlikely Kenny/Lily/whoever went in the same direction of Clem and Christa" you are wrong, as who's to say that Kenny went in the direction of his hometown? It all makes sense.

God, I hope it's not Kenny. But yeah, I'm trying to think of who else it might be. Most of the Season 1 crew are confirmed dead. Although, if Kenny did somehow perform a miracle and make it out of that zombie swarm, it could just as well be Ben. Could also be Christa or, less likely, Omid.

There are a few different Wellingtons in the U.S., and as Kaserkin points out, Christa mentioned that they were heading north, not south. And the pine forest that Clem finds herself in definitely doesn't look anything like Florida. Although, I'm thinking this might be Tavia's community from 400 Days, and she did mention it being something of a meeting place for people who have lost touch with friends and family. So it's possible that they'd meet up there anyway.
