YouTube Partner Monetization Policy/Permission

Hello there. I'm a YouTube partner under Curse Gaming, a professional gaming network. I run a YouTube channel titled The Awesome Incarnate (found here: ) and I was wondering if I could have permission to upload videos to my channel of The Walking Dead Season 2 (all episodes) and monetize those videos for revenue sharing under the advertising CMS of Curse Gaming?
