Now I might have missed what happened there but at the Gas Stop where Omid was shot she was what... 7 or 8 months pregnant right? Then we skip 16 months to the scene with the campfire, has it been mentioned what happened to the baby?
Now personally I don't think a baby could hold out long in the world of TWD unless you get into a settlement...
