400 Days cannot be accessed (360)

I bought and completely installed the game and when I went to go play it I would get as far as the "this is our autosave, please don't turn the game off" window and when I pressed "A" it would go to a black screen of foreverness.

I then cleared my cache and was able to actually get to the main menu. However, I cannot press RB past Episode 5 even though "400 Days" is very much in my system's memory banks.

You can probably gauge that this is extremely frustrating. Please help!
