They should make a machima movie of season 1.

    That's basically what the "Cutscenes" bit on the Season 1 DVD is.

    Can't they just merge the cut scenes and create a cool web page titled Sam and Max the movie.

    Because there is no reason. And they have more important things to work on.

    Combining all the cut scenes into a "movie" would be a waste of time. And real-life I don't think would work well either...The biggest hope of a Sam & Max movie is if they make it and render it in full CG, such as like they did with Final Fantasy VII Advent Children.
