The Walking Dead 2 - Depth-of-field problem

Hi,

I'm experiencing a problem everytime there is a shot with a depth-of-field effect. It seems that everything is just put out-of-focus. I've attached an example screenshot but it happens everytime.

    Chipset Model: ATI Radeon HD 4850
    VRAM (Total): 512 MB

    That appears to be a problem with some old graphics cards. It looks similar to these screenshots on PC.
