Who Do You Think It Will Be?
In my opinion I think it will be Lilly, because it is not confirmed whether she is dead or alive, and I highly doubt it is Kenny. What about you all?

Anyways, Yes, I do believe it's Lilly, It makes the most sense.

I think it's Christa and Clem says, "I thought you were dead!" in a figurative sense. That said, I suppose it could be Kenny or Lily. I really don't see why either of those two characters would be dragged back into the plot, though.
