Switching save files....

I just started the game, like maybe played an hour and I need to switch the save files over to another computer. I do not know what to do. I have the save files I think....

I do not know where to put them in the files to transfer. Thanks guys. I am a noob as you can tell :P

    Actually, I solved by not transferring save files. I renamed my folder Walking Dead Episode 5 to The Walking Dead and season 2 import detected it finally!!!! It worked.

    I'm still so confused. How could solve it by not transferring files if that is what you needed to do?
