Is this the man to be Carver?

To start off, as I always say in any of my threads, please do not bash me or my thread. This thread is to have a fan to fan, civilized discussion, thank you.

In the episode 2 trailer you see Clementine open a door to the man in the thumbnail, and I'm pretty sure you see Carlos say that it's the guy we were with before. (refering to Carver); http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MnMG3FdiQ18

Now, I'm really, REALLY confused because I see people saying "Maybe Kenny is Carver!" or "Maybe Vernon is Carver!" or "Maybe Christa and Omids baby, Omid Jr is Carver!". (That last one was a joke..) And it has me thinking, is this really Carver?

Leave your thoughts and suggestions, it'll help a lot.

    Those two guys right before Clem says "I thought you were dead" Those guys are his thugs. Thas what i think anyway.

    Maybe Carver and his group attacked Clem's group so they escaped and now they're going to the mountains and they meet the "I thought you were dead" person.. just a little theory.
