French version on american Wii releases?

I know there will be a french version of the Wii version of the game, but I wanna know if this french version's gonna be on the american release or only on the european release like they always do?
Please not...

    The US release has French and Spanish on it, but I think you can only access those languages if your Wii is set to French or Spanish.
