Tavia's Survivor Camp?

Thinking about the ending to 400 Days, Tavia says she has a safe place where stragglers go. Shelter, food, supplies, anything they could need. My question is: how might this safe place come into play in season 2? Hell, it might be a stretch, but Carver and his group could be the fore-mentioned survivor camp, although I doubt it. Also, how might the 400 Days characters come into play?

    Same. Christa also says "they say it's better up north" so she and Clementine may have heard stuff from other survivors or even an agent of Tavia's camp but rejected the offer at the time.

    I'm pretty sure Eddie is in episode 4 in the episode title.

    probably is Wellington. Tavia said they have a settlement up north and thats where you find the characters from 400 days.
