Just a crazy idea..
I know this is a long way off but im sure they won't kill clem off or anything and we will have her back in Season 3. And this may sound weird but in a future season she has to go back to savannah and finds Lee again and depending on your choices (shoot him or leave him) you find him as a corpse or a walker.
and then if she finds walker lee she finishs the job and by this point she is twice as hardened.
anyway thought it could be a nice touch
